Returns

We want you to be happy with your Scruby scrubber. If you're not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused or lightly used, with all brush heads, the charging cable, and the extension pole included, in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How to start a return

Email us at Oskarbuhl40@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll reply within [1–2] business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please don't send items back before contacting us — packages returned without prior authorization can't be processed or refunded.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within [7]days with photos or a short video of the problem. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we pay return shipping.
  • Change of mind: you pay return shipping. Cost depends on your location and carrier.
  • Free-shipping orders: if you return an order that shipped free and the return isn't due to a fault on our side, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked final sale
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned with missing components or significant damage caused after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund — if more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us and we'll chase it.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
