This website is operated by Scruby, registered at Gl. Aabenraavej 16, Denmark. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

Prices are shown in US Dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including pricing errors — and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel your order for this reason, we'll refund you in full.

4. Product use and safety
The Scruby electric spin scrubber is a household cleaning device. Please read the included instructions before use. Follow all safety guidance, including:
- Do not submerge the unit in water.
- Do not use on surfaces where a rotating brush could cause damage — test on a small hidden area first.
- Keep away from children.
- Charge only with the supplied cable and an appropriate power adapter.
We are not liable for damage to surfaces, property, or persons resulting from misuse, or from use contrary to the supplied instructions.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Scruby name — is our property or used under license, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
