Order processing

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times and rates

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can extend delivery.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship within the timeframe stated above, we'll email you with a revised date and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. You never have to wait indefinitely for an order.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show activity after the label is created.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't predict these charges or refund them — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us at Oskarbuhl40@gmail.com within [7] days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

We aren't responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Address changes

Contact us at Oskarbuhl40@gmail.com immediately if you need to correct an address. We can usually help before the order ships, but once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it.
